Shift leads keep the restaurant running when the managers are not there. You open or close, set the crew up for the shift, handle guest issues and make sure every order is right.
What you will do
- Open and close the restaurant
- Lead and support the crew during the shift
- Handle guest questions and issues
- Count cash and complete shift checklists
What we are looking for
- Restaurant or retail experience
- Calm under pressure
